Each cabin has modern kitchen facilities with a propane cooking stove, limited pots, pans, dishes and silverware, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a refrigerator.
Bathrooms and Furnishings
Modern bathrooms with flushing toilets and hot showers are part of each cabin. Cabins are furnished with bedding, towels, dish soap, and bath soaps.
Extras
Extras in each cabin include a television, Dish Network satellite television, and a DVD and/or VHS player. A selection of movies is available at the office.

Check-Out time is 10:00am MST.
NO SMOKING is permitted in any cabin, building or the office. If you smoke inside the cabins you will not be booked again.
Due to liability risks, NO PETS, no exceptions.

Reservations must be secured with a Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit card.
If booking within 30 days of stay, card will be charged in full.
30-day cancellation policy. 75% refund if cabin can be re-booked.
Our summer season is May - October. Our winter season is November - April.
All cabins are housekeeping cabins, no daily maid service.
Due to the fragile mountain terrain, no camping is permitted near the cabins.
Due to limited resources, people not registered as guests with us may not use showers or toilets.
No guarantees are made regarding weather and conditions of the mountain (snow, rain, fire bans, etc.).
We cannot give refunds due to health problems (please check with your doctor before staying at 10,000 feet).
Refunds will not be given due to the weather. No refunds will be given once you have checked in.
Reservations
Cabins reserved require a 50% deposit. Full payment is required within 30 days of your reservation. Full refund will be given if cancellation is made greater than 30 days from reservation. If canceled within 30 days of reservation we will try to re-book cabin and refunds will be given for any days we are able to fill minus a 25% rebooking fee. We fill our cabins 95% of the time by reservation. It is difficult to refill cabins at the last minute.
Small Cabins (#5, #6, #7, and #8)
Quaint and cozy one-room cabins for two with one double bed. Our small cabins are set up for 2 people only. We may make an exception for a small child.

Medium Cabins (#3 and #4)
Medium one-room cabins feature two double beds and one twin bed. These cabins are completely carpeted. These cabins have a maximum occupancy of 4 people in the summer, and 3 people in the winter.

Large Cabins (#1 and #2)
These large cabins are perfect for larger families or groups. They feature two separate rooms with three double beds and one single bed. These cabins are completely carpeted. The maximum occupancy in the summer is 6 people and in the winter it is 5 people.

3 bedroom cabin #9
Cabin #9 has three separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a full sized bed in them and the 3rd has a set of twin bunks. It has a kitchen and full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. It also features a private yard and deck off the side of the cabin. The maximum occupancy is 6 people in the summer and 5 people in the winter.
